I am an Ex-professional athlete turned top personal trainer based in Liverpool City centre at No Limits Strength and Conditioning centre. A wealth of knowledge in training and nutrition allows me to produce some of the best personal training and online training results in Merseyside.
Having a keen interest in exercise and nutrition has led me to continue my education by enrolling upon an Exercise and Sport science degree at Manchester Metropolitan University which alongside an eye for detail ensures I will create the best strategy for you, whether you need a fat loss diet, a muscle building programme or a performance based plan I have proven time and time again that continual progress is possible
