I am an ex-professional athlete & personal trainer based in Liverpool  I have the first-hand experience of first class training and nutrition. I can build a program to suit your goals and needs, teaching you everything you need to make that transformation. A keen interest in Nutrition and exercise has led to me to enrolling on Exercise and Sport Science Degree which allows me to bring advanced and ground breaking methods into practice. Whether you’re interested in muscle gain, fat loss or performance I have proven strategies to produce continual progress with my clients.

Whether it be through 1-2-1 personal training sessions held at No Limits Gym, Number 1 Liverpool  strength and conditioning facility (and also the home of some of the best personal trainers in Liverpool) or through our online training and diet plans we will continually support you through the process. I can provide easy to follow nutritional templates and nutritional plans. I work on a weekly/monthly support system that will allow me to monitor your progress and improve it accordingly, I offer 24 hour support and am always happy to provide coaching over the phone. I am available for 1 to 1 personal training, group training and classes.
